Info for Aftercare Purchases, Delivery and Returns

Terms and Conditions – Kinorigo Aftercare – Updated March 2019

Making a purchase could not be easier. If you know what products you require then please browse the online shop and click “Add To Basket”. After you have finished your selection, click on”Basket” and / or “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

1. Payment

We accept credit and debit card payment, Visa and Mastercard and Paypal payments.

2. Delivery

All items on this site are held in stock, ready for same day dispatch – assuming you place your order before 12 pm, Monday to Friday.

STORE PICKUP / COLLECTION When your order is submitted, you can expect the order to be ready within 2 hours. FREE on all orders. Once your order is placed the warehouse will start picking the order and you will receive email notification when your order is ready for collection.
PARCEL SHIPPING 2-3 working days Free on orders over £100, £12 on orders under £100 before VAT. Delivery will be made on the next working day for orders placed before 10AM if the items are in stock. (Working days are Monday-Friday)
PALLET SHIPPING 2-3 working days Free on orders over £300, £30 on orders under £300 before VAT. Delivery will be made on the next working day for orders placed before 10AM if the items are in stock. (Working days are Monday-Friday)

“Saturday Morning”, “Next Day Before 12 Noon” and “Next Day before 9am” delivery services may be available for an additional charge. Please telephone us to discuss these options.

There is a small surcharge for the Scottish Highlands, Offshore UK and Irish deliveries, see rates at the checkout.

Next working day service is not guaranteed and nor do we accept any liability for costs incurred if a delivery Is later than hoped for. Standard Next day is not an option, it’s just our standard service, not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. Assuming orders are placed before 2 pm on a working day and the items are in stock (we stock all the items) you should expect delivery the next working day.

You will be sent an email confirming your order and another containing tracking information for your consignment.

We do not accept any liability, whatsoever, for any costs arising from or attributed to a late or failed delivery.

4. Back Orders

If in the very unlikely event of your item not being in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

5. Returns

If we make an error with your order we will correct this for you. Please Contact Us within seven working days of receipt to inform us of the problem with images.

All items leave us in perfect condition. If a delivery should arrive damaged in any way please try to indicate this when you sign for it.

You may return entire, unused orders, where the seals on containers have not been broken (but you may open the bags and or boxes to inspect the goods) within 14 days of receipt for a refund. You must contact us via email to arrange this (see “contact us” details which are clearly shown on our web site). You must obtain a “Returns Number” from us so that we know who your are and who to refund. You will be responsible for carriage charges. Please note that because we ship liquid products, some of which are classed as hazardous, it is probable that we will need to arrange return carriage for you.

6. Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. At present, we do not handle international orders.

7. Credit Card Security

We use Payment Express to process your payment. We never store your payment details.

8. Privacy

We DO NOT store your credit or debit card details. We will NEVER share your information with any third party other than Payment Express and World Pay who clear the transactions.

9. Guarantee

Any defective product will be refunded or replaced. Please call us should you require advice before making your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
